Solution: Solved with correcting several environment variables.
for textexport of content access :
added this line in intradoc.cfg :
ContentAccessExtraLibDir=/usr/lib64:/u01/oracle/middlewarehome/Oracle_ECM1/ucm/idc/components/ContentAccess-linux/linux/lib/contentaccess
and bad reference to a 8.1.9 version of the outside in filters in LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH and OUTSIDEIN_PATH
for DB :
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/oracle/product/10.2/db_1/ctx/lib:/opt/oracle/product/10.2/db_1/network/lib
for textexport of content access :
